Our Vision
Our vision is a world where people can learn to accept themselves and their needs, and learn strategies to live a full and meaningful life.
How do we achieve this?
A Strength-based Model
We use a strength-based model to help people to identify skills in coping or communication that they are struggling with and use evidence-based psychological interventions to help the person to learn those skills.
For those people who experience neurodiversity, we support you to identify your strengths and symptoms, and develop strategies to understand and meet your needs in everyday life.
About Margie

Margie is the founder of Complete Mental Health. She provides direct client services as both a registered psychologist and an accredited mental health social worker. One of Margie’s future goals is to develop a range of online services and courses.
Margie's Realisation
Margie originally started Complete Mental Health after realising that there was a lack of services in Townsville focusing on supporting people to understand how their past was impacting on their present life.
Margie's Background
Margie started her career in the early childhood sector supporting children and families through planning inclusive education programs to assist children to meet their developmental needs. From there she went back to university and studied qualifications in both Social Work and Psychology.
Margie's Approach
Margie uses her understanding of child development, attachment, family systems and trauma to help the people that she works with to understand and change the way that their past experiences impact on their current life.
